We felt like locals and got great tips from the friendly hosts - a perfect way to explore the city. The hotel itself is beautifully restored and stylishly presented, truly a work of art. The location, at the base of the old fort, is unbelievable.

The Townhouse was our splurge for our 15-day Christmas Market excursion. We were steps from the market yet in an oasis of our own. The room was spacious and the beds were amazing. The overall decor is spectacularly finished, with a rustic, medieval feeling combined with modern amenities. The highlight of the stay was our host, Jorge, who was friendly and informative, making our stay amazing. We even discovered the BEST schnitzel thanks to his suggestion. Thank you, Jorge!

This centrally located hotel was perfect for exploring all the major sights on foot, including the funicular that led up to the fortress and the wall outside. Our cozy room was complete with modern amenities and a rustic decor. The staff were welcoming and the restaurant served delicious local and Balkan cuisine. The breakfast was standard but satisfying. We enjoyed the comfortable living room on the third floor for relaxing after dinner.

The lack of air conditioning in the room was unfortunate during warmer evenings, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for my Christmas market excursion and it was amazing! The location was perfect, situated on a picturesque street just a short walk from major sightseeing points in the city. The hidden and tasteful design made it a mind-blowing experience. The amenities like wi-fi, steam room, and flat-screen TV were top-notch. The lift made it easy for us to move around. Plus, they allowed pets and had air conditioning. It was a smoke-free environment.

The price was higher than we expected, and we didn't feel like we were receiving the best value for our money. some areas of the hotel were a bit austere and didn't have the appealing ambiance we were looking for.
